With a holisic aproach combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine, my goal is to assist your body, mind and spirit, and guide you towards becoming the best possible version of yourself.

🌟 One-on-One Online Session: You get my full attention with an initial 90-minute one-on-one online session. Together, we will explore your menstrual cycle, discuss your symptoms, and determine our plan for the months ahead. Additional sessions will be scheduled as needed. 

🌸 Education: my goal is to teach you the language of your body and remove the emotional constraint of feeling that your hormonal imbalance is out of your hands.

Throughout the 60 days, I will provide analysis, advice, and feedback on your progress and symptoms in relation to both western and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as through spiritual intuition. 1. Are you ready?: This program requires full dedication and willingness to change. Throughout this mentorship program, I will work with you on everything from lifestyle to old mental wounds that are causing blockages. 2. Book The Program: After purchasing through my shop, I will contact you within 1-3 businessdays to book the initial private session with you. The date for the initial consultation will mark the startingpoint of the 30 day mentorship program.

3. Prepare Your Questions: Think about the questions and topics you'd like to explore during the initial session. If you track your menstrual cycle, please have your data ready, as well as a list of your medications and other relevant healthinformation. I'm here to help you find answers and insights. More questions will surely to come up during the 60 minute session, and that's completely fine! We're working together to help bring clarity to your hormone-healing journey.

3.
